Foti Fotev was born on November of 16th, 1941 in the village of Raklitsa, district of Bourgas.
He graduates in 1976 The National academy in Sofia, faculty in Fine arts, specialty mural-painting.
Since 1994 he has been a member of the Union of the Bulgarian painters - section mural-painting.
He is also a member of the International organization for plastic arts AIAP (UNESCO) and member of the Association of the Bourgas-painters.
Foti Fotev has nine independent exhibitions. Has participated in many national and common, joint exhibition.
His creations are possessed from many private collections and galleries in Bulgaria, Germany, France, Sweden, Holland, Great Britain and Spain.
Lives and creates in Bourgas, Bulgaria.
